Mindful Living and the Teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh
If you are curious about mindfulness or looking for a regular group to practise with, this is a great group to join. Our practice is a simple mixture of meditation, relaxation and listening to the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. Sessions held in Sanctuary Meeting Room, arrive from 7pm on for a cup of tea and be ready to begin at 7.30. Beginners and new people are very welcome.
