We are very excited to announce this one-day workshop held at the picturesque Fairfield house, led by Yoga Teacher and nurse, Marina Neis and holistic life coach and NLP practitioner, Maddi Davies.
This day is dedicated to re-connecting with yourself through:
Yoga – A slow yet dynamic practice to tune into the wisdom of your body, (re) learn how to access your intuition and make space within your sacred home – your body.
Guided relaxation and internal “spring clean” – Exploring your physical and emotional bodies, tuning in to what needs attention and lovingly releasing blockages. This will include a guided timeline therapy using hypnotic language and visualizations.
Tools to take with you – A directed practice with different ways to process and calm your emotions that you can use in your daily life. This will include the havening technique and colour therapy.
Conscious Dance – Closing with embodied movement and sound to integrate all of the knowledge gained over the day and celebrate the art of being at Home in your body.

You may use the lovely kitchen space at Fairfield if needed.
