POP Pilates was created by Cassey Ho, award-winning fitness instructor, entrepreneur and creator of Blogilates, who believes strongly in positive body image and self-acceptance.
With critical self-talk, pressure from society and social media, we can feel a lot of negativity regarding our bodies. POP Pilates takes classical Pilates with a spin of dance-inspired moves to give you a full body workout to pop music in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether a beginner in the world of fitness or advanced, POP Pilates has something for everyone and is meant to help create further love and positivity within yourself.
Following years of chronic pain triggered by reproductive imbalances, and various injuries over the years, I found it difficult to find workouts that I connected with. When I discovered Blogilates, the fun, bubbly videos kept me motivated even through times of not feeling “good enough.” I understand the struggles of feeling the low vibes, body insecurities, and physical pain that can set you back. POP Pilates is a community of kind-hearted individuals who are determined to help others feel the best version of themselves.
No matter where you are on your fitness journey, a healthy relationship with your mind and body is essential. You are strong, beautiful, confident, and worth it!
