One of the first steps to undoing the tangled-up web of suffering and anxiety is to learn to breathe, relax and clear your frazzled mind. We live in a noisy pressure cooker, which can rule and ruin our lives if we become addicted to doing rather than being.

The thing is, when we learn how to hit the pause button, miracles can happen and your whole life can change. I know this to be true because it happened to me. It is my mission to help as many people as I can to start to change direction and redirect their mind & body, to raise their vibration and feel calm and confident. I had lived with a vile anxiety disorder for too long and I now live in my truth, which is so much more peaceful.

One of my favourite ways to release anxiety and feel fab is dancing, so I began Relaxercise in 2011. Join me at Relaxercise – Dance, Stretch, Breathe and guided meditation. This class is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels.
