Set in Venice\, mayhem erupts when the wily—and chronically hungry—servant Truffaldino hatches a zany scheme to double his wages (and his meals) by serving two masters at once. \nThe cast of four comprises local actors \nMolly Clarke\, Matthew Edgar\, Myles Smalley and Imogen Vlugter \nProduced by Piece of Work Productions\nDirected by Anton Bentley \nTickets available via Humanitx HERE! \nAn hilariously crazy entertaining way to spend a couple of hours on a summer’s evening in the gorgeous Fairfield gardens\, sipping something quenching and nibbling some tasty local deliciousness. \nFairfield Bar & Food Truck operating with Eftpos. DESCRIPTION:The City of Nelson Highland Pipe Band brings you Pipes in the Park again for its seventh year. The Celtic music and dance extravaganza is being held\, once again\, at the Fairfield House Meadow on Sunday January 28th\, 2024 at 5.30pm.\n\nWe have an exciting line up of performers this year including the full Pipe Band\, as well as soloists\, the Kahurangi Irish Dancers and more.\n\nThere will also be some traditional Scottish nibbles for sale\, including authentic\, locally made haggis! And of course our great raffles!\n\nFairfield Bar will be operating with local beers & wines\, cold drinks\, & Appleby Ice Cream\, perfect for a hot summer’s day. Eftpos available.\n\nJoin us for an afternoon of all things celtic in the Nelson sunshine. Coming to know our own body\, breath and mind can offer us\nthis clarity and stability. \nThis course will teach and practice the focused meditation on breathing\, one of the most\neffective meditative practices that has been taught and practiced continuously since the\ntime of the Buddha. It is designed to lead people skilfully from wherever they are now to\nthe full potential for healing and freedom made possible through meditation.\nIt is universal in scope\, and suitable for anyone to learn. \nThe course will be experiential and lively. It will offer clear meditation instruction along\nwith helpful context for understanding the benefits and challenges of practice.
