Hosted by Monica. \nWe will open in circle\, followed by some gentle guidance to land you in the space\, a juicy\, free space to move\, feel and express yourself. The music will be mainly electronic dance music mixed with some intentional waves to activate different expression\, followed by some grounding integration at the end  \n This is a space to lean into your authenticity and explore whatever it is that wants move in you.
