Join the wonderful Rosie for her Stress Resilience Yoga Series. Each class focuses on a new theme to help you build more stress resilience.

This month’s theme: Slow, Strength & Activation 

Discover how slowing down can build strength, activate deeper muscles, and guide your nervous system into its relaxation response.

Yoga isn’t about touching your toes; it’s about meeting yourself where you are, breathing through the tension, and letting go of what you no longer need.

Please bring your own mat (reach out if you don’t have a mat, I might be able to help)
