What this day is about

This is not a typical retreat filled with activities or constant talking.

It is a structured quiet day designed to help your system slow down properly.

If you feel tired even after resting, it is often because your body has not fully come out of stress mode. This day gives you the space and guidance to reset that, without pressure or expectation.
