This is not about motivation or setting more goals.

It is about understanding why you stop, delay, or lose consistency even when you know exactly what needs to be done.

You will look at your own patterns, where things drop off, and what gets in the way. From there, you will build simple ways to follow through that work in your real life, not just for a few days.
