Dust off your boots, straighten your bolo ties, and prepare for a night of country music, western elegance, and unforgettable memories.

Join Hermsen County for our very first Western Ball at the beautiful Fairfield House. With tickets limited to 100 guests, this promises to be an intimate and unique evening filled with music, laughter, dancing, and a touch of Wild West magic.

For just $75 per person, your all-inclusive ticket includes entry to the event, dinner, and a complimentary mulled wine or non-alcoholic beverage on arrival, while special guest artist Clayton Taylor serenades us as we settle in for the evening.

This isn’t your average hoedown. Think formal western attire: cowboys, cowgirls, sheriffs, ranch owners, saloon glamour, western royalty, your finest boots and hats—or even a well-dressed cactus if you’re feeling adventurous. Dressing for the occasion is all part of the experience.

While dinner is included, this isn’t a formal sit-down meal or a structured dance. Think country gig meets western gala—move freely, mingle, dance if you wish, enjoy the atmosphere and live music in the ballroom, or grab a drink and pull up a chair in the Fairfield Saloon Bar.

Dinner options from Street Food International include:

1) BBQ pulled pork, corn bread, smoked cheese, bbq sauce, slaw and fries

2) Beef smash cheese burger with burger sauce and fries

3) Falafel pita bread with slaw raita and fries – option for: GF, veg, DF, vegan (option 3 only).

We’ll also be crowning a Western Ball King and Queen, judged on attire, energy, and dance moves. Plus a western photo corner and a few fun surprises along the way.
