Weekly Meditation Sessions held in the Sanctuary Meeting Room These meditation sessions are open to everyone: Beginners through to experienced, people from any religious tradition and people with no religious affiliations. Come and practice simple breathing meditation in a supportive and caring atmosphere. We sit for 40 minutes. Sometimes there are question and answer sessions at the end. Our practice is a simple mixture of meditation, relaxation and listening to the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. Sessions held in Sanctuary Meeting Room, arrive from 7pm on for a cup of tea and be ready to begin at 7.30. Beginners and new people are very welcome.
