Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Therapy Course
Learn the life-changing tools of mindfulness meditation with cognitive skills to:
Find calm, increase focus and reduce stress to avoid burnout. Increase self-care and resilience. Enhance self-compassion, moving away from rumination and self-criticism.
MBCT is a clinically trialled and evidence-based eight-week program for managing stress, anxiety and depression. Recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence, UK for the treatment of recurrent depression and to manage ruminative thinking and anxiety.
When: Sunday afternoons, 26 September – 14 November, 1:30PM – 3:30PM
Retreat day Saturday 6 November 10AM – 4PM
Course Materials: Digital MP3 audio practice recordings, 73-page handbook, Pre-course interview.
